Keri Sanders, Director
Keri Sanders earned a BS in Elementary Education from Angelo State University in 2000 and a Master's in Educational Administration in 2002. She is certified in Texas to teach early childhood-8th grade, self-contained and mathematics, as well as secondary mathematics and ESL. Mrs. Sanders holds a Texas principal certification and has experience teaching kindergarten through the college level. She co-founded PEAK in 2014 and has taught multiple grade levels and subject areas at PEAK in addition currently holding the role of director.
She is married to J, and together they have four children and one son-in-law.
Samantha Deaver, High school coordinator
Mrs. Deaver earned a BS in Mathematics with a minor in Education from Hardin-Simmons University in 2007. Mrs. Deaver has experience teaching preschool through college in various settings and has taught math at PEAK since 2019.
Ross Wood
Ross Wood holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Southwestern State University. Ross has worked as a Product Manager in educational simulations, and he now applies his expertise in selling video game data.
With 8 years of teaching experience, including 5 years at Valor Christian High School in Denver, where he taught high school social studies, Ross is passionate about education and innovation. He blends curriculum design, games, faith, and technology to create impactful learning environments.
He is joyfully married and the proud father of four children.
Byron Rogers
Byron "Coach" Rogers graduated with a B.A. in Youth and Family Ministry from Abilene Christian University in 2007. He is certified as a Social Studies Generalist 8-12th Grade and taught at Abilene High School for 4 years.
